KEYHOLE SCANS THE ENTIRE SURFACE OF THE EARTH

[May 14, 2005] Keyhole (owned by Google) announced on Wednesday the release of a new version of their collection of satellite images of the Earth, what is "likely the largest scale, highest resolution, natural color database of the earth's visual appearance and terrain surface ever assembled".

At this link Keyhole tells more details: they are 15 meter-per-pixel-resolution pics where we can see most man-made structures and all large geographic features, only available by using their licensed products. Hope public will enjoy them soon at 'Google Maps'.
