[Jan 12, 2006] In the Google HQ in California there is a screen in the entrance hall where you can see, in
real time, some of the searches that are being made in that exact moment in the search engine.
It is called 'Google Live Query' and you can see some images either in this link or in the video at the end of this post.
As far as the rest of offices of Google around the globe are concerned,
Miguel de Reina (Google Spain director) tells us more
about them in this post of his recently created personal blog. He assures
that, in exchange of the workers' commitment to their projects, the company offers them benefits such as massages and back care, office catering or continuous training; that's the atmosphere at work.
